The successful Sales Manager / Sales Leader / Business Development Manager will work fully remote leading a team of Sales Engineers, driving sales within the Water Jetting and High-Pressure Water Sector, developing strategic sales plans and managing relationships with UK. The portfolio includes a range of products and systems such as Water jetting Machines, Water Pressure Automation, Robotics compressed air filtration, Portable water cutting machines, Wheel jets, Pumps, generators, and associated products.

The Sales Manager / Sales Leader / Business Development Manager will ideally have a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams within the Water jetting industry or a related engineering sector such as pumps, valves, Compressed Air, filtration, Automation Robotics, Portable water cutting machine, Pumps, generators or similar. Full product training provided.

Sales Manager / Sales Leader / Business Development Manager Role- Lead a team of Sales Engineers to drive sales in the Water Jetting and High-Pressure Water Sector.
- Develop strategic sales plans for products such as filtration, Water Jet Systems, and Pressure Systems, Robots, Water Pressure cleaning and water cutting machines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK Companies, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse industry trends, and manage the UK territory, including regular reporting on progress and forecasts.
- Work closely with the Service and Engineering departments to ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Liaise with various Engineering departments.
- Fully remote or Hybrid role, occasionally office based in Manchester with regular travel to customer sites across the UK.

Sales Manager / Sales Leader / Business Development Manager�
Requirements- Experience as a Sales Manager, UK Sales Manager, Sales Leader, Sales Operations Manager, General Manager, Engineering Manager, Internal Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, or similar within mechanical engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams within the water treatment industry or a related technical engineering sector such as pumps, valves, Compressed Air, filtration, Automation Robotics, Portable water cutting machine, Wheel jets, Pumps generators treatment products. Full product training provided.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team toward hitting sales targets.
- Background in the Water Jetting and High-Pressure Water Sector is advantageous however full product training is provided.
- A technical engineering qualification or degree in mechanical engineering or similar is a plus.
- Willing to commute to the office in Manchester occasionally with regular travel to customer sites across the UK.
