Sales Manager

Sales Manager / Country Manager / is required for an electronic assembler based in the Midlands.�
The successful Sales Manager / Country Manager must have a proven sales background within Electronic Assembly, CEM (Contract electronic manufacturing), PCBs (Printed circuit boards) or electronic components sales. You will have a background in people management and previously been employed as a Sales Manager, Country Manager or Sales Director.�
This is a remote role covering the UK, however the ideal Sales Manager / Country Manager will be based in the North of the UK.�
Package:

• �50,000 - �70,000 depending on experience
• Company car
• Remote
• Healthcare

Role:

• Work closely with the Managing Director on sales targets and objectives for the year�
• Oversee sales process, including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, account management, and fostering strong customer relationships
• Electronic Assembly, CEM (Contract electronic manufacturing), PCBs (Printed circuit boards) or electronic components sales
• Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Serve as a technical consultant to new and existing customers, identifying requirements and offering guidance as to the best solution
• Liaise with various engineering departments
• Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies for new markets and industries

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Country Manager / Sales Director with a background in people management�
• A background in Electronic Assembly, CEM (Contract electronic manufacturing), PCBs (Printed circuit boards), or electronic components sales
• Willingness to cover the UK
• Full UK driving license
• Ideally based in the North of the UK�
