Sales Manager

Red Recruitment are currently on the search for a Sales Manager with ambition to want to suceed and develop into a Sales Director.

This role is for a motivated result driven indivdual to join a dynamic team. This position offers the exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the senior management team.

Account Management is crucial, this is 80% of this role. Build, nuture and pursue new business opportunities within new and existing clients. Customer visits should take up 50% of your time.

Play a crucial role in developing and implementing the overall sales strategy for the business.� Analysising Market trends and creating new product presentations.

Lead and Mentor a small dedicated sales team fostering a high performing and motivated environment. Recruiting, coaching and training new sales team members as the team grows.

Must Have

• Proven sales experience in any sector


• Strong leadership and management skills


• Excellent Communication and negotiating skills


• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic


• Flexibility towards hours - some over night stays away may be required
