Role: Sales, Marketing & Data Administrator Location: Milton Keynes, MK Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm Salary: £24,000 starting salary (rising to £26,000 after initial period) An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Sales, Marketing & Data Administrator to join our client’s successful team.

Duties of a Sales, Marketing & Data Administrator:


  • Investigate undelivered marketing emails by researching and updating client contact data using LinkedIn and other tools


  • Update Bullhorn CRM with new and accurate contact details, generating new leads


  • Outreach to candidates and client contacts via phone, email, and LinkedIn


  • Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn using Canva


  • Identify and research potential candidates and client contacts


  • Leverage existing networks (candidates, referees, contacts) to source new business opportunities


  • Promptly return calls and messages to ensure efficient communication

What we would like from you:


  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft applications


  • Comfortable navigating CRMs (experience with Bullhorn is a plus – training provided)


  • A proactive, can-do attitude


  • Willingness to contribute ideas and think creatively


  • Excellent telephone manner and confidence in making outbound calls


  • Social media marketing experience (desirable but not essential)


  • Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative
