Full time £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) plus bonus

Focus 5 Recruitment are working exclusively with a Cheshire based Marketing Consultancy who are looking to recruit a highly organised, passionate Sales & Marketing Lead with strong communication skills to help convert enquiries and grow accounts.

Duties for the Sales & Marketing Lead: -

Drive sales growth in the UK and internationally.
Develop and manage an annual Sales & Marketing Strategy aligned with business goals and present this annually.
Manage sales opportunities, converting leads into long-term clients and meeting and exceeding targets.
Use CRM (Active Campaign) for tracking, pipeline management, and lead scoring to improve conversion rates and sales value.
Collaborate with Client Services for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Oversee lead generation and digital marketing strategies; manage the Digital Marketing Manager and conduct performance appraisals.
Create sales collateral, present at events, and oversee content marketing and social media efforts.
Manage partner relationships within the industry.
Report on quarterly sales targets and marketing activities, using insights to refine strategies.
Experience required for the Sales & Marketing Lead: -

Self-motivated and growth-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the independent education sector or similar.
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
Effective deal closer with excellent organisational and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM and sales tools; able to manage leads and track progress.
