Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in the construction and cleaning services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a results-driven professional with a solid understanding of both the construction and cleaning sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and cleaning industries.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and contractors.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively to meet or exceed targets.
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Marketing:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility.
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, and SEO).
Conduct a review of the current online presence and improve the offer.
Organize events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and client needs.
