Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a candidate who has previous conveyancing assistant / sales progression experience to join our well established client.

Duties will include:-

• Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents
• Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & re-negotiations, helping clients complete their legal paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange
• Update and maintain notes on your portfolio, keeping all parties involved constantly and fully updated with the progress on a weekly basis
• Organizing your own daily workflow - committed to getting the files to exchange as quickly as possible so it's important keep all plates spinning!

Candidates need a pro-active approach, must have the knowledge of working with Leasehold and Freehold transactions and possess strong negotiation skills, together with strong objection handling skills.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, offering a base salary together with competitive OTE
