Sales Negotiator

Sales Neg - Peterborough - 25k + Bonus (OTE 40/45k)�

ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Sales Neg with immediate effect for our leading client based in Peterborough.�

Responsibilities:�

� Accompanying and arranging sales viewings, in return giving the vendors feedback.

� Knowledge of legal requirements.

� Organising promotional offer letters and touting materials.

� Representing our client�with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

� Generate leads, building client relationships.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2�years sales�experience and have the drive and hunger to succeed. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and buyers, booking viewings, generating market appraisals and assisting the director.
