Sales Negotiator
Wakefield
£20,000 - £25,000
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm plus 1 in 2 weekends.
My client are an independent local leading estate agent based in Wakefield. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic dedicated individual to join their expanding sales team.
You will be responsible for developing close contact with those wishing to buy a property and vendors who want to sell their property, and provide an excellent customer service experience for both potential purchasers' and existing clients'.
In this role the Sales Negotiator Responsibilities are:
* Registering new sellers and purchaser details and assess their needs.
* Assist in marketing and advertising the property.
* Reach sales targets for the company.
* Deal with phone and email queries.
* Liaise with all interested parties (solicitors, mortgage brokers etc).
* Negotiate and agree offers to sale agreed
* Progress sales through to exchange of contracts and completion
* Raise invoices
* Maintain contact with clients after they have settled in to make sure everything runs smoothly.
* Build a client base in your particular area.
* Keep your administrative records updated.
* Troubleshooting when problems arise.
* Adhering to the relevant guidelines set by law at all times.
Experience:
Property experience is not essential. It is more important that a candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing good customer service.
