This highly reputable company are on the hunt for an energetic and experienced Sales Negotiator to elevate sales operations, and make a lasting impact in the property market. In this pivotal role, youll take charge of sales efforts, from dealing with incoming enquiries and leads, negotiating deals to closing sales and delivering outstanding client service. Youll be at the forefront of operations, with the opportunity to conduct team valuations alongside the Valuer, overseeing the entire sales process and onboarding of properties. Your strategic vision will be key in enhancing the companys reputation as a market leader in this Sales Negotiator opportunity. The package Up to £27,000 basic salary per annum
Up to £35,000 OTE
Monday to Friday, 9:00 17:30 + 1 in 2 Saturday 9:00 12:30
Generous holiday allowance + birthday day off
The role Work as part of a sales team to achieve and surpass targets, driving performance and maintaining high standards.
Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.
Utilise your strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
Stay ahead of market trends and developments, using your expertise to drive strategic decisions and enhance the companys competitive edge.
Sales progression as and when needed (in absence of Sales Progressor themselves)
The person Proven track record in negotiating successful sales and achieving targets
Possesses an intelligent and polished approach
Able to lead a team effectively, providing guidance and support to drive performance
A full driving license and access to your own vehicle ( desirable )
