Sales Negotiator
Cardiff, CF14 6HA
Full time, permanent (5 day week, Saturday working as required)
£25,000 - £30,000 DoE + remunerations and commission
Full driving licence and access to your own car is essential

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator , you'll play a key role in the buying and selling process, assisting clients in finding their perfect property.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings and assist potential buyers
Manage sales negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Handle office duties such as responding to enquiries and managing documentation
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Travel to various property locations (driving licence and car required)

The Ideal Candidate:
