My client is an independent Estate Agency based in the centre of Cheltenham who is looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their successful team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator:

• Register potential buyers and sellers, identifying potential business opportunities
• Calling applicants with details of new instructions in order to generate viewings
• Carrying out structured property viewings, negotiating offers

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Sales Negotiator:

• Prior experience of working in a similar role desirable
• Full UK driving licence and use of own appropriate car essential
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to be successful in a sales environment

My client is offering an annual salary of £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience, plus commission
