Sales Negotiator

SALES NEGOTIATOR - PUTNEY
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful estate agency who specialise in the sale and rental of London property. They are searching for a sales negotiator to join their team. This role will suit a well-spoken London sales agent or someone who is looking to get into the property industry.
Duties/functions of the role:

• Scheduling and conducting property viewings and providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
• Maintaining contact with a database of potential buyers.
• Encouraging offers and negotiating between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Identifying and prospecting for further business opportunities.

Requirements of the role:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Well organized with an attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Able to build rapport and the ability to maintain professional relationships with different demographics and age groups.
• A full driving licence and your own vehicle.
• Ideally some experience in a sales position but not essential.

Salary budgets: £20,000 basic salary, £35,000 - £40,000 OTE + car allowance.
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota.
