Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Package
\n- £25k Basic Salary plus bonus - £30k OTE
\n- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthdays and extra given days over Christmas

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities
\n- Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
\n- Book viewings using the company’s system
\n- Complete customer records and update records in the system
\n- Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
\n- Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
\n- Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system
\n- Market new stock on all available media channels
\n- Negotiate and agree buyer offers
\n- Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
\n
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
\n- Previous experience is advantageous.
\n- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
\n- You will have solid IT skills
\n- You will be well spoken and well presented
\n- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
