Sales Office Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pet loving experienced Sales Office Manager to join an exciting, fast paced customer focused business who will be responsible for leading the Sales Office function to deliver consistent service and order process excellence.The role will be responsible for the day to day sales and service business operations, the ongoing development of their team to deliver best in class service and establish efficient and robust processes that support overall profitable business growth and customer satisfaction.We are looking for a hands on manager who can lead, develop and coach a new team and has direct experience of managing challenging customer service issues, professionally and sensitively.The job holder will have a strong background in customer service and currently lead a sales office/admin team.
