Sales Office Manager required in Chichester, for our client, a well-established manufacturer and distributor of chimney cowls and associated products including liners and flues. They have been trading for over 90 years and regarded as the market leader.
The Sales Office Manager will report directly to the Managing Director, and tasked with the following core responsibilities and deliverables;

Administrative & Operational
Oversee daily operations to manage the day-to-day functions of the sales office, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Order processing with accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory management to monitor stock levels.
Assigning sales territories, setting quotas, assigning sales training, recruiting sales staff and building sales strategy plans.
Identify priorities and eliminate redundant activities to increase sales and efficiency.
Sales & Customer Service
Sales Support to the sales team, preparing reports, managing sales documentation, and handling customer enquiries.
Customer relationship management proactively maintaining and developing strong relationships with key customers that are either Building Merchants - Jewson, Toolstation & Travis Perkins.
