A well-established market leader in the manufacture of cutting-edge technical products is looking for a Sales Office Manager to take responsibility for overseeing the entire sales administration function across the group, driving interdepartmental efficiency, and spearheading the growth of key house accounts, including the management and expansion of key product lines.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in administration management, sales growth and interdepartmental collaboration. You will also have an individual target, ensuring that personal contributions align with the plan, as well as overall company objectives.

What youll do as Sales Office Manager?
Lead and mentor the internal administration team, ensuring high levels of performance, motivation, and professional development.
Oversee and refine the administration processes across the group, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
