Sales Office Manager

The purpose of the role is to support and grow the internal sales office whilst always having the customer experience as the main priority.
Youll be joining a small and very close-knit team and so will be expected to be adaptable in your approach, as well as your working hours.
Key Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
Developing new business alongside existing customers to increase profitability.
Run reports to support business needs and ensure all transactions through the sales office are processed in a timely manner, and product margins are at the desired level.
Ensure the rest of the team are working effectively and trained adequately to do their jobs efficiently.
Work with the management team to identify potential with Mataras existing customers for opportunities for other MCA businesses.
Emphasis on chasing of potential orders.
Training and coordinating staff in any new processes and implementing where possible the streamlining of systems to improve workflow.
Overseeing staff annual leave
Supporting MD in tasks and working closely on ways to develop and implement new strategies for the business growth

Skills and Experience:
Experience within a manufacturing environment would be preferred.
ERP experience or knowledge, ideally within Sage200.
Track record of managing a small team within an SME.
Good communication skills both written and verbal to manage customer expectations and win new business.
Hands on relationship with external sales representatives, supporting there needs in winning new clients and opportunities.
