Throughout these years we have assisted in the selection and supply of many prestigious projects across the UK and supplied various local, regional and national contractors, developers and builders merchants.
A brick specialist at our core, the company has continued to expand and now endeavours to provide further building solutions by supplying a range of innovative masonry and pre-fabricated systems including terracotta rainscreen, brick faced cladding systems, architectural masonry and cast stone components.

Job Summary:
The Sales Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales office, ensuring that all administrative and support functions are running smoothly. The role involves managing a team of sales support staff, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring that customer service standards are met. This position is pivotal in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and maintaining an efficient and effective office environment.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of sales support staff, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
Coordinate team activities, set priorities, and assign tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as, processing orders and scheduling deliveries.
Ensure that all sales inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales office
Implement and maintain office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, analysing sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing updates to senior management.
Co-ordination and Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the sales team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Coordinate with the finance department on invoicing, payments, and credit control.
Organise and participate in sales meetings.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications & Skills: Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position.
experience in a sales-driven environment is highly desirable.

Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused with a professional demeanour.
