Sewell Wallis are partnering with a well-established and expanding business in South Leeds, currently looking to recruit a Sales Operations Supervisor for their sales team.

In this role, you will assist the Customer Services Manager in managing the day-to-day activities of the Sales Administrative Team. You will supervise a small team of three Sales Administrators, offering guidance, support, and advice to ensure they perform their roles effectively.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage the team on a daily basis.
  • Communicate with third parties to monitor lease payments and update the finance department accordingly.
  • Track machine movements and maintain the stock database accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to organise monthly stocktakes and manage the related administration.
  • Reconcile monthly stocktakes to identify any changes in values and assets.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Prior experience in administration or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Previous supervisory experience leading a team, or experience in a senior role looking to progress.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative in leading a team.
