With an exciting season ahead of us and increased activity across all our venues, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Operator to join our Box Office team to support with duties in our busy phone room and on our Box Office counters in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will provide the highest level of customer service when speaking to customers over the telephone, dealing with email enquiries or selling tickets face-to-face for RSC products and experiences.

This position is offered as a full time, permanent positions, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, working 37.5 hours a week, 5 days out of any 7 from Sunday to Saturday inclusive.
The working day is 7.5 hours and could be anytime between 8.30am to 8.30pm with the rota being produced no later than 2 weeks in advance.
Our telephone lines are open Midday until 6pm, Monday to Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. The Box Office Counter remains open on Sundays. You will be required to work up to 12 Sundays a year.
