Job Description:

• Role:�As a Sales�Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately.


• Responsibilities:
  
  
  
  • Receive and review customer orders.
  
  
  • Enter order details into the company's system.
  
  
  • Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.
  
  
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and any issues.
  
  
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory.
  
  
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
  
  
  • Travel from time to time to meet with clients and suppliers.
  
  
  
  


• Requirements:
  
  
  
  • Previous experience in order processing or a similar role.
  
  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  
  • Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office.
  
  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  
  
  • Fluency in German is imperative.
