Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Progressor in our Chandlers Ford office. The basic salary ranges from £25,500 to £27500 plus commission.
Let's talk about the role. It involves
Liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and estate agents.
Ensure smooth progress of property transactions from offer acceptance to completion.
Monitor key milestones and resolve any obstacles or delays.
Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Previous experience in real estate sales progressor role preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and knowledge of UK property regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
