Salary:���22,000 basic with a realistic uncapped OTE of �40,000+ per year

Job Description:

Enjoy the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours while earning uncapped commission by selling advertising space on tourist maps across the country.



The Role:




  • Project Management:�Manage your own project, working on a different publication each month. Source and contact local businesses, inviting them to feature on a tourist map. You will be responsible for the success of each map, with team support available when needed.

  • Lead Sourcing:�Proactively source your own leads.

  • Sales Negotiation:�Negotiate and close sales with local businesses.



The Environment:




  • Telephone Sales:�This is a telephone sales role but *NOT*�a call centre environment.

  • Personality Driven:�No scripts are provided; we want your personality to shine through to gain those sales.

  • Team Dynamics:�Work in a varied team, all focused on performing well to ensure the success of each publication and to earn uncapped commission.

  • Training:�Full training is available for the right person.



The Person:




  • Sales Skills:�A genuine salesperson, with or without previous experience, but with the ability to generate interest, build rapport, and close sales.

  • Self-Motivated:�Manage your own project and time within a small but growing team.

  • Target Driven:�Motivated by targets. The earning potential is excellent and achievable but requires motivation, determination, and hard work.

  • Confident and Friendly:�Confidence with a warm and friendly approach is essential.
