Join an award-winning and innovative team as a Sales Renewal Specialist. They provide IT operations management solutions and have ambitious plans for growth.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the Worthing (West Sussex) office and 2 days from home.
THE SALES RENEWAL SPECIALIST ROLE:
Overall, you will be responsible for managing contract renewals with existing customers and exploring new business opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers. This includes:
Onboarding customers
Calling existing customers to secure contract renewals
Raise quotes, chase purchase orders
Hold anniversary calls to identify business opportunities or red flags
Liaising with suppliers and vendors to promote new and additional solutions to customers
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Proven sales / account management experience in contract renewals, insurance, telesales or similar roles
Experience in handling objections and strong negotiation skills (B2B)
Helpful and professional telephone manner
Target-driven and customer focused
Able to perform cold and warm calls and comfortable making a high volume of calls per day.
Well-organised and motivated to reach goals.
SALARY & BENEFITS YOULL RECEIVE AS SALES RENEWAL SPECIALIST:
£24,000 - £26,000 basic
Uncapped commission, £17,000 realistic in year one, taking OTE to £43,000
