Location: UK-wide (Remote with travel)

Parkside Recruitment are looking for a�a full-time, experienced Fa�ade Sales Representative.
About:�

Our client is working with an industry-leading sustainable fa�ade system, and this role is critical for developing sales with new and existing customers.
They have a current partnership with a timber impregnation treatment, which aims to enhance fa�ade solutions with innovative and safe timber treatments across the UK.
Key Responsibilities




  • Client Engagement: Be the initial point of contact for client inquiries while proactively generating new leads.

  • Product Promotion: Understand and promote the product benefits to convert inquiries into sales.

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong client relationships from the initial contact to the completion of sales.

  • Sales Reporting: Report to the General Manager on leads, contacts, and overall sales performance.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider Nordic team, staying updated with the latest product information and developments.

  • Key Requirements

  • Experience: Extensive experience in facades or sales within the timber industry.

  • Portfolio: A demonstrable portfolio of previous work in the relevant field.

  • Proactive and Outgoing: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and outgoing approach.

  • Self-Management: Ability to manage your own diary and schedule effectively.

  • Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland as needed.

  • Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license.

  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently while supporting the wider team.

  • Target-Driven: Capable of working to targets and deadlines.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and excellent customer care.

  • CRM Experience: Experience using a CRM system is desirable.



Compensation and Benefits

Salary: �30,000 - �50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Performance Bonus: Additional bonus based on performance.
