At Fawkes & Reece we are currently hiring for an experienced Sales Representative to join a regional specialist subcontractor. This fantastic opportunity to join a family feel company, comes with a great chance for professional development and progression.

About the role of Sales Representative

Our client works on various projects, across Wiltshire, Hampshire Gloucester, and Dorset. Projects ranging from high end residential, apartment blocks and care homes. You will be joining a small team and reporting into the Managing Director as sole Sales Representative so a self-motivated attitude and ability to commute at all levels is essential.

Responsibilities for Sales Representative

• Consult with clients and customers providing exceptional service
• Assisting clients with their requirements and finding resolutions

• Promoting and representing the business and their services to a high standard.
• Maintaining and managing existing relationships with clients and monitor accounts.

Requirements for Sales Representative

• Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to speak publicly with an engaging manner.
• Previous experience within a sales based role
• Expert negotiation skills
• Prior Construction experience or knowledge of construction industry and processes
• Ability to communicate across the board at various levels.
• Competence to negotiate and up sale when required.

This position has the potential to expand as the business grows and develops, with opportunity to make a difference within a growing company expanding overseas.

What we offer for a Sales Representative

• Competitive salary ranging from �45,000 to �55,000 depending on experience.
• Performance related Bonus
• 24 days holiday + bank holiday
• Working from home majority 4 days a week depending on meetings
