Permanent Sales Representative required to cover all Ireland for locally homegrown business based in Lisburn. Duties will include: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors to expand the customer base. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, staying updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service. Prepare accurate and compelling quotations and proposals tailored to clients' needs, showcasing the benefits of the company's products. Conduct presentations to potential clients, showcasing the technical features and benefits of the architectural aluminum glazing systems. Engage in effective negotiation to secure favourable terms and agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Meet sales targets, providing regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to sales within the construction and architectural industry. Hours of work: Week 1: Monday Friday 8.00 am. 5.00 pm. Week 2: Monday Thursday 8.00 am. 5.00 pm. Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE) Company Benefits: 1 in 2 Fridays off 30 days holiday.
