Our client in Earls Barton is currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and confident Field Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone looking to establish a career in sales with a solid driving history. Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both new and existing customers
- Identifying and growing a steady pipeline of new clients
- Periodically visiting current and potential customers
- Adhering to budgets set by the Sales Manager
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Negotiating with customers to secure optimal pricing for both the business and clients
- Managing personal expenses, mileage, and budgets
- Taking responsibility for administrative tasks and self-motivation
- Ensuring customer queries are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Regular communication with the Sales Manager
- Assisting the Sales Manager in promoting the brand, including at UK and international exhibitions
- Focusing on business development and proactive planning for future business needs
- Creating weekly travel plans and providing reports
- Attending international exhibitions as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: �24,000 per annum + attractive commission + company car
Availability: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work during peak periods)
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days, including bank holidays
Licence/Certification: Full Driving Licence required for at least 3 years
