Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team in Irlam. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a sales/account manager role and enjoys building strong working relationships and with key customers.

Salary: �26,000-�28,000

Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

Hybrid working available once fully trained!

Responsibilities

• Taking incoming coming calls from customers to discuss products and services
• Take a proactive approach with customers to explore other opportunities
• Provide official quotes to customer over the phone and via email
• Actively follow up via email and phone
• Record all customer information correctly
• Effectively respond to customer queries
• Work within the wider team to achieve company goals

Requirements

• Previous experience upselling products within a role or a direct sales position
• Ability to confidently communicate with customers over the phone
• A proactive approach to working
• Confident, outgoing personality
• Able to prioritise, work efficiently and productively, and manage own time well
• Computer literate - have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages with ability to pick up different computer systems
• Have strong verbal, writing and listening skills.
