Outbound Direct Sales Advisor - Earn Big, Grow Fast, Love What You Do
Location: Peterlee (Hybrid - 3 Days WFH After Training)
Salary: �25,581 base + Uncapped Commission (OTE �45K+, top performers earn even more!)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (That's right - no weekends!)

What You'll Be Doing:

  Outbound & Inbound Sales - Make calls, build relationships, and close deals with ease.
• 
  Multi-Product Selling - Cross-sell a suite of essential utility services that genuinely help businesses.
• 
  Pipeline Management - Organise and prioritise your leads to smash targets.
• 
  Overcoming Objections - Turn hesitation into confidence with your winning charm.
• 
  Using Salesforce CRM - Stay on top of every opportunity like a sales pro.

  1+ year sales experience - You've hit targets before, and you're hungry to beat them again.
• 
  Confidence + Charisma - You've got the gift of the gab and love talking to people.
•

  Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with CRMs, Office, and adapting on the fly.
