Job Description

Role: Sales & Service Assistant

Location: Aberdeenshire

\n

Contract role: 9 month contract.

\n

\n

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Previous administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in writing and electronically.
  • \n
  • Good IT skills, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Excel and spreadsheets is a plus.
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently, with flexibility and responsiveness to both internal and external customers.
  • \n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Provide administrative support to the Service and Sales departments, including filing and scanning.
  • \n
  • Help manage physical and electronic file organisation.
  • \n
  • Assist in transitioning to a digital filing system.
  • \n
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Policies.
  • \n
  • Work effectively as part of the team.
  • \n
  • Support rental asset management, including equipment on/off-hire.
  • \n
  • Assist in producing certification via the Asset Management Program.
  • \n
  • Answer and redirect service and sales calls.
  • \n
  • Provide cover for Sales & Service coordinators during absences.
  • \n
