We're looking for a Sales and Shipping Coordinator for our client based in Huntingdon. You will manage the entire sales orders process from start to finish, processing orders, arranging shipments, invoicing and updating all relevant parties.

Responsibilities:
* Organising UK and International shipments, completing documentation and invoicing for customs clearance
* Updating sales, production, warehouse and accounts teams and organising couriers to achieve on time shipment
* Processing and posting receipts, taking payments, raising invoices and credit notes.
* Processing orders, allocating stock, raising Purchase orders and sending production orders
* Reviewing shipping documents such as Bill of Ladings, commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin to ensure correct paperwork is in place.

Requirements:
* Experience working with Customs and coordinating international shipments
* Experience in sales order processing from order placement to delivery
* Skilled in the use of ERP systems (Syspro 8 and/or Salesforce experience useful)
* Excellent administrative skills
