Sales Support Coordinator – East Parley- £30-35k DOE



Would you like to be part of an innovative and exciting company who manufacture and supply products to be used in high end interior and exterior design projects across the UK?



They are widely recognised in the industry for bringing their creative ideas to life and are now looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team.



The role would include preparing sales documents, handling correspondence and to respond to customer and opportunity enquiries, to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:




  • To manage and respond to customer enquiries.

  • Providing customers with both price and lead-time quotations within agreed timeframes.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients.

  • Prepare and submit financial documents

  • To record, maintain and update all enquiries on company CRM system.

  • To collate and process pricing quotation requests to ensure tender deadlines are met.

  • To assist with customer pre-qualification requests.

  • To process sample requests managing lead-times and customer expectations.

  • To advise on sample suitability and, where necessary, to suggest alternatives.

  • Develop and monitor performance indicators for management team, managing sales tracking tools and compiling reports.

  • Track, record and report on trends to help with sales strategies.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients keeping a sales-minded attitude.

  • To create and process customer orders in a timely manner, recording payment terms, programme dates, key personnel, and other pertinent information for handover to relevant department within the company.

  • Keep CRM system updated on status of enquiries, samples, leads, sales, values, dates, and other necessary data.

  • Organise, undertake, and manage regular follow-ups of all enquiries and opportunities.

  • To update customers on their order status.

  • Be involved with marketing to include marketing campaigns, website and social media updates.



Ideal experience:




  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build a rapport with both customers and internal teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and good social media skills and knowledge.

  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking efficiently under pressure.

  • Practical and pragmatic, with a keen interest in design and manufacture, would be advantageous.



Hours - 40 hours per week. 8.30am to 5.00pm. 



20 days holiday rising a day a year up to 24 for every full year worked.
