Our client, a globally recognised supplier of medical testing equipment, is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a 1-year fixed term contract.

The successful candidate:

• Proactive and charismatic with exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
• Experienced in outbound calling, proactively contacting customers and identifying sales opportunities
• Skilled at booking & coordinating appointments for Sales Reps
• Tenacious in regularly contacting customers and successfully reaching decision-makers
• Detail-orientated with a strong ability to accurately process orders from customers
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges

The Role:

• Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Schedule appointments for sales, implementations and training
• Schedule reviews, run reports and prepare customer reports
• Complete account calls
• Create new sales opportunities through proactive activities
• Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries
• Process sales enquiries
• Support marketing activities
