Our client, a globally recognised supplier of medical testing equipment, is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a 1-year fixed term contract.

The successful candidate:
Proactive and charismatic with exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
Experienced in outbound calling, proactively contacting customers and identifying sales opportunities
Skilled at booking & coordinating appointments for Sales Reps
Tenacious in regularly contacting customers and successfully reaching decision-makers
Detail-orientated with a strong ability to accurately process orders from customers
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges
The Role:
Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Schedule appointments for sales, implementations and training
Schedule reviews, run reports and prepare customer reports
Complete account calls
Create new sales opportunities through proactive activities
Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries
Process sales enquiries
Support marketing activities
