FMCG manufacturer? As a Sales Support Coordinator you will be working in the customer service team and being the main point of call for customers and suppliers, building strong relationships.
The role:- First point of call for customers and suppliers
- Processing customer orders
- Managing as prices queries or orders delays
- Placing supplier purchase order on our ERP system
- Maintaining stock levels
- Working closely with 3PLs and hauliers
About you:- Proven background in�Customer Service�or�Order Management
- Previous experience using�SAP�ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- A motivated quick learner who thrives in a collaborative environment
