Job Overview:
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department by providing administrative support, assisting customers, and coordinating with internal teams to drive sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Following up on quotations, and managing customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update sales records, CRM databases, and reports.
- Support customer relationships by responding to inquiries and providing after-sales assistance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in a sales support or sales role (preferably in the HVAC or manufacturing industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Good telephone manner.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
