About the Role:

• Drive the Sales Channel to achieve annual customer retention and new business targets.
• Implement effective sales strategies, call cycles, and commercial sales policies.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of direct sales executives, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and central support teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
