Sales Technical Manager

Technical Sales Representative (Electrical) please note: Knowledge of electrical bulk material or experience working in a similar technical role - this is an essential requirement in the application of this role.

Responsible To: Sales Office Manager

Working as a team member where service and quality are key to success

Main Duties

• Ensure full and timely progression of customer quotations
• Assist sales team with technical clarifications/appraisals
• Co-ordinate orders
• Maintain and develop good customer and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with quality management system
• Ensure that all sales transactions are dealt with efficiently and professionally
• Make sure that all records and files are accurately maintained
• To undertake other tasks as and when required

Personal Specifications:-

• Must be organised, self-motivated and have customer-centric attitude
• Knowledge of electrical bulk material or experience working in a similar technical role
• Supply chain experience with a background in Oil and Gas would be advantageous
• Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers
• Computer literate, especially in Excel
• Ability to work under pressure in a calm and professional manner
