Sales Trainee

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Sales Trainee to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of light metal construction solutions and access products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Sales Trainee will be responsible for joining a sales academy to build experience and knowledge.


• Maintaining and developing sales within existing and new accounts in the�territory.


• Developing relationships with DIY and trade customers.


• Shadowing, training and meetings to build knowledge and experience.


• Follow up and converting leads.


• Attending trade shows and networking events.


• Maintaining market and competitor knowledge, utilising Sales-force.

Experience & Skills needed:

• This is a entry level sales role, suitable for someone early on in their career and wanting to take the next step into a role with huge progression opportunities.


• Excellent motivation and organisation skills.


• A proactive sales approach.


• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.


• Able to travel.

• Basic salary starting at �24k, rising to �26k.


• Bonus, �28k OTE.
