Sales Valuer / Lister

Dove & Hawk are working alongside London's leading estate agency, and they are searching for a talented and driven Senior Valuer & Lister to join our esteemed Central London team. You'll be working in one of London's most desirable areas, where your expertise in valuing and instructing properties will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client service, setting a high standard for the rest of the team.
• Lead, develop and train team members to achieve their full potential.
• Drive market share growth and support business development efforts to increase revenue.
• Perform valuations and secure instructions for property sales.
• Work closely with senior management on high-profile listings and key clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth experience.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in renting or selling property in London, particularly in Central London.
• Strong track record in valuing and listing properties.
• Self-driven with a keen interest in taking on a new and exciting challenge.
• Valid UK driving licence (automatic or manual).
