Role Overview:As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to meet our evolving business needs. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, customize Salesforce configurations, and provide ongoing support to ensure maximum utilization of the system.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Management: Oversee daily operations of Salesforce, including user setup and customization.User Support: Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for users.Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity through cleansing, deduplication, and imports.Configuration: Manage custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to align with business processes.Security: Administer security settings, user permissions, sharing rules, and data access policies.Training & Documentation: Train users on new features and updates, and maintain detailed documentation.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities.Integration: Assist with integrating Salesforce with other business systems and applications.System Updates: Keep the platform updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features.Qualifications:2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks such as user setup, roles, profiles, data management, and security.Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
