Salesforce Administrator - Remote - UK - £40,000 -£45,000 Are you enthusiastic about harnessing the power of Salesforce to propel business growth? We're currently seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in refining our Salesforce platform. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. Collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments, you'll grasp business needs, implement tailored solutions, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving user engagement, improving data accuracy, and unlocking the platform's full potential to support our sales and marketing endeavors. This role will involve: Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Manage user permissions, roles, profiles, and security settings to maintain data integrity and compliance. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, addressing issues promptly and effectively. Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices, recommending enhancements and optimizations as needed. Lead training sessions and workshops to promote Salesforce adoption and empower users to leverage its full capabilities. To be considered for the role you must have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant are a plus. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and functionalities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving user engagement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
