Experience in IT & and architecting Salesforce based solutions.Strong understanding of the Salesforce Security model with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration / customization using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Salesforce Shield, AURA, Lighting web components (LWC).Experience in integration architecture, Genesys CTIExperience coordinating and working effectively with global teams.Ability to develop technical performance architecture that solves most complex performance issues.Require excellent technical skills and outstanding analytical and influencing skills paired with great business insight.Experience defining implementation strategy, roadmap, process flow diagrams and leading implementation of solutions.Experience in multiple end to end implementations of Salesforce projects across Sales, Service Cloud, Communities and Salesforce App Cloud.Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.Good to have experience in implementing salesforce specific design patterns.Certification:Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Certified Application Architect Wipro is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and makes all employment and employment-related decisions without regard to a person's race, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law.
