Role: Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin for leading Telecoms firm!Location: HybridRate: 450-550 p/dType: ContractSummary:The Salesforce Business Analyst leverages Salesforce to enhance business processes, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the technical team.Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.Solution Design: Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and functional specifications.Implementation: Work with developers to implement solutions and configure Salesforce settings.Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans; facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).Training and Support: Train users and create documentation.Project Management: Manage project timelines and communication.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.Data Management: Ensure data integrity; develop reports and dashboards.Education:Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field.Experience:3+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce.Skills:Strong analytical, communication, and Salesforce administration skills.Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Agile methodologies, and project management tools is a plus.Certifications:Salesforce Administrator required; Business Analyst and additional certifications preferred.
