Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description:We are collaborating with an exciting Salesforce partner, currently looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst. They have landed an exciting European project and are looking for someone to lead this implementation! This role is a 3-6m contract position.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather their business needs and objectivesLead scoping workshops to understand and analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SalesforceDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentationCommunicate effectively with clients in both German AND English, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.Requirements:Fluent in German (both written and spoken).Proven experience as a Business Analyst.Proven experience in leading scoping workshopsStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and it's functionalities.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant) are a plus.
