The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce integration, particularly with Sage, and expertise in utilising Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture. This role demands a proactive problem-solver who can design and implement effective solutions to meet project needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.Integrate Salesforce with Sage ERP systems to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.Implement and manage Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture to optimize sales processes and boost productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and integration techniques.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Salesforce and integrated systems.Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce.Integration Expertise: Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with Sage ERP systems.Einstein Activity Capture: Strong knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture.Technical Skills: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.Problem-solving: Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer) are highly desirable.Please reach out to #####
