Salesforce ConsultantThis small global consulting firm is further accelerating the growth of its Salesforce Practice and is looking for exceptional all-rounders for its team.With a growing pipeline of projects and a number of new client wins, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and take the lead on engagements. You will be able to display your technical and functional skills across a range of exciting Salesforce projects of varying size and complexity. This is a hands-on role and day-to-day you will work with senior client stakeholders, lead requirements workshops, take ownership for process mapping, write up stories, translate business problems into solutions, leverage out-of-the-box configuration capabilities as well as overseeing and taking part in the design and build of custom solutions. You will be involved in both the functional and technical aspects of projects so will wear different hats depending on the engagement. To be considered you will be a passionate and driven Salesforce Consultant or Senior Salesforce Consultant who has proven experience across the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects. You may be working in a small-to-medium size Salesforce Partner and looking for a change or you may even be working in a larger consulting firm and want to move into a more dynamic and agile environment where you can broaden your responsibilities.To be considered you will need:Excellent Salesforce consulting skills with experience across the full project/delivery lifecycleHands-on technical experience in Apex and Lightning Web ComponentsSkills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptA can-do, proactive attitude and happy to wear different hats on different projectsStrong communication and client-facing skillsSalesforce certifications are desirableThis consultancy has an open culture that allows for excellent promotion prospects all the way up to Director level and career acceleration is achievable much faster than it will be in larger, more hierarchical consultancies.The successful candidate can expect a salary of £50k-£65k (dependent upon experience) plus benefits including an annual bonus (paid quarterly), private medical, mobile phone allowance, up to 5% matched pension and 25 days holiday.
