This team is dedicated to supporting clients in optimizing and transforming their customer and employee engagement through the implementation of cutting-edge technologies. The role involves leveraging broad customer transformation experience and exceptional functional and technical Salesforce platform skills to deliver impactful CRM transformation projects.Responsibilities:Support clients in optimizing and transforming customer and employee engagement.Implement technologies that enhance digital customer and employee experiences.Sell and deliver CRM transformation projects, from strategic value assessments to Salesforce implementations.Shape and deliver business outcomes for our clients through experienced advice on functional optimizations.Work across various sectors including life sciences, industrial products, consumer business, financial services, media, and telecommunications.Apply industry-specific subject matter expertise to support projects using the Salesforce platform.Develop and maintain client relationships, positioning our client as trusted advisors.Requirements:7 to 20 years of relevant customer and Salesforce advisory experience across various rolesProject/programme management and agile deliveryStrong industry skills in one or more sectors, with a preference for Health and Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing.Demonstrable skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation.Willingness to travel for project-related mobility.
